When hosting your email in cPanel, you can set rules for incoming messages.
For example, you can create a rule that when a message is by a specific sender or even auto-delete a message if you find it annoying.
Be careful with this as you may inadvertently create a filter that deletes all your mail.
You should also use multiple, simple filters instead of a single large filter because the server’s mail transfer agent, handles many small rules more efficiently than a single large rule.
To create a new filter, log in to cPanel and scroll down to the Email pane.
You can also set this up from the from cPanel’s Webmail interface.
Once there, click on the Email Filters icon, and from the Filters by Users table, click Manage Filters for the email account you want to configure.
To create a new filter, click Create a New Filter, then enter a name for the filter in the Filter Name text box.
Finally, click Create.
To test a filter you just created, click Manage Filters next to the desired email account.
Enter a test email message in the Filter Test text box, then click Test Filter.
To edit an existing filter, click Edit next to the filter name, make the desired changes, and click Save.
To delete a filter, select the filter name and click on the Delete button.
